Brilliant amber yellow, transparent and crystalline.
Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant with aromas of cherry, plum, dried violet, raspberry, strawberry, tobacco, cocoa, hazelnut, licorice, vanilla, honey, praline and cinnamon with almost imperceptible alcohol pungency.
Intense flavors with perceptible alcohol pungency which tends to dissolve rapidly, balanced sweetness, pleasing roundness.
Very persistent finish with long flavors of cherry, plum, honey, praline and cocoa.
Batch distillation in bain-marie alembic. Aged for more than 2 years in casks followed by 24 months more in casks used for the production of "Vintage Port".
