Limpid, crystalline and colorless.
Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant with aromas of black cherry, plum, black currant, strawberry, blueberry, violet, hazelnut, licorice, beeswax with almost imperceptible alcohol pungency.
Intense flavors with perceptible alcohol pungency which tends to dissolve rapidly, balanced sweetness, pleasing roundness.
Very persistent finish with long flavors of black cherry, plum, black currant and strawberry.
Distilled in steam operated batch alembic still.
