The wine shows a brilliant ruby red color and nuances of ruby red, moderate transparency. The nose reveals intense, pleasing and clean aromas of black cherry, cherry, strawberry, raspberry and black currant followed by pleasing hints of cyclamen and vanilla. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a slightly alcoholic attack however well balanced, good body, intense flavors, good tannins. The finish is persistent with flavors of raspberry, cherry and strawberry. Damianus is aged in barrique.
