This Sauvignon Blanc shows a brilliant greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of peach, green bell pepper and elder followed by aromas of pineapple, lemon, acacia, pear, sage and mineral. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of peach, lemon and pineapple. Sauvignon Blanc Ruttars ages in steel tanks.
