Score: ✧✧✧✧ |
The wine shows an intense greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish
yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and
refined aromas which start with hints of pear, almond and plum followed by
aromas of hawthorn, pineapple, broom, lemon and peach. The mouth has good
correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol,
good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of pear,
apple and plum. This Pinot Blanc ages in steel tanks and in cask followed
by 3-4 months of aging in bottle.
