Il Rogito shows a brilliant ruby red color and nuances of cherry pink,
transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas
that start with hints of black cherry, blackberry and strawberry followed
by aromas of raspberry, blueberry, cyclamen, rose, plum and hints of
vanilla. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a slightly tannic
attack and pleasing crispness, however balanced by alcohol, good body,
intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of black
cherry, blackberry and strawberry. Il Rogito ages in cask for 12 months. |

Questo è il mio vino rosato preferito, a mio parere, di gran lunga superiore alla stragrande maggioranza dei vini rosati prodotti in Italia. Già il colore è affascinante, di bel rosa salmone intenso, il naso poi è una sequenza piacevolissima di profumi. Si va dalla ciliegia alla fragola, dalla prugna al lampone, tutti "precisi" e ben definiti.
All'assaggio colpisce sia per la bella struttura sia per la piacevolissima freschezza, tutto supportato da una equilibrata morbidezza. Bellissimo il finale, più lungo rispetto alla media degli altri rosati, e che invita a berne ancora.
