This Franciacorta Brut shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of
greenish yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage. The nose
denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints
of apple, banana and plum followed by aromas of bread crust, yeast, citrus
fruits, plum and grapefruit. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose,
an effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body,
intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, banana and
plum. This Franciacorta Brut referments in bottle for 30 months. |

Un Brut base dal colore giallo dorato e con bollicine che svaniscono un po' troppo in fretta. Profumi di lievito, nocciola e banana. Bella freschezza e forse un corpo un po' leggerino per un Franciacorta. Piacevole nel complesso, persistenza nella norma.
