The wine shows a light salmon pink and nuances of light pink, very transparent, good effervescence. The nose reveals clean and pleasing typical aromas of Brachetto grape as well as aromas of cherry, strawberry, raspberry, peach and rose. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a pleasing and balanced attack, good crispness and sweetness. The finish is persistent with flavors of strawberry, cherry and peach.
