Score: ✧✧✧ |
The wine shows an intense ruby red color, moderate transparency. The
nose denotes intense aromas of black cherry, blueberry and black
currant followed by vanilla, licorice, chocolate and a hint of coffee.
The mouth has a good correspondence with the nose. The attack is
slightly crisp promptly followed by the effects of tannins, well
balanced with alcohol. The finish is persistent with evident flavors of
fruit, in particular black cherry and black currant. This wine is
produced with a long maceration in skins followed by a refinement in
casks and in bottle.
