Orvieto Classico Superiore Il Bianco shows a brilliant greenish yellow
color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals
intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of apple,
plum and peach followed by aromas of hawthorn, broom, kiwi, almond, pear
and mineral. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack
and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The
finish is persistent with flavors of apple, plum and peach. The Chardonnay
ages in barrique. Orvieto Classico Superiore Il Bianco ages in steel tanks. |
