Petali Moscato 2011

Fazio (Italy)

Moscato Bianco
Sparkling Wine Sparkling Wine Score: ✧✧✧

(Sicily) Petali Moscato shows a brilliant greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas that start with hints of grape, peach and pear followed by aromas of apple, medlar, lychee and broom. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and sweet attack, however balanced by alcohol, light body, intense flavors, pleasing crispness. The finish is persistent with flavors of grape, peach and pear. Petali Moscato is produced with the Charmat method.
