Intense ruby red and nuances of ruby red, little transparency.

Intense, clean and pleasing, starts with hints of blackberry, cherry and blueberry followed by aromas of violet, plum, black currant and cyclamen.

Effervescent and properly tannic attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing crispness.

Persistent finish with flavors of blackberry, cherry and blueberry.

Refermented in closed tank.

Alcohol: 13%

Cold cuts, Stuffed pasta, Sauteed meat, Roasted meat
