Score: ✧✧✧✧ |
The wine shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow,
very transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing and refined
aromas that start with hints of apple and toasted wood followed by aromas
of hawthorn, broom, litchi, pineapple, peach, pear, vanilla and hints of
almond. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack
and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is
persistent with flavors of apple, pear and peach. Part of this wine
ferments in cask and ages for about one year in bottle.
