Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco (Veneto) This sparkling wine shows a brilliant greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent, good effervescence, fine and persistent perlage. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of banana, pineapple and litchi followed by aromas of acacia, wistaria, broom, green apple, pear, peach and almond. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp and effervescent attack, however well balanced, delicate, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of pear, banana and pineapple. A well made sparkling wine. This Prosecco ages on its lees for 2 months and ages in bottle for 3 months.

Alcohol: 11%

Pasta and risotto with vegetables, fish and crustaceans, Sauteed fish and crustaceans, Dairy products
