Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant, starts with hints of banana, apple and bread crust followed by aromas of acacia, yeast, citrus fruits, plum, praline, grapefruit, peach and butter.

Effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness.

Persistent with flavors of apple, banana and grapefruit.

Refermented in bottle on its lees for 5 years.

Trento (Trentino) The wine shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, fine and persistent perlage, good effervescence. The nose reveals intense, clean and pleasing aromas that start with hints of apple and acacia followed by aromas of banana, yeast, brioche, lemon, litchi, pear and grapefruit. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and crisp attack however balanced, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of pear and lemon. This sparkling wine is produced with the classic method and ages on yeasts for 24 months.

Alcohol: 12.5%

Trento (Trentino) The wine shows a brilliant onion skin pink color and nuances of onion skin pink, fine and persistent perlage, good effervescence. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas which start with hints of tangerine, raspberry and cherry followed by aromas of strawberry, yeasts, bread crust and peach. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and crisp attack however balanced, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of tangerine and cherry. This sparkling wine is produced with the classic method and ages on yeasts for at least 24 months.

Alcohol: 12.5%
