In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is pretty persistent with flavors of apple and pear. This Chardonnay ages in steel tanks for 6 months.

The finish is persistent with flavors of banana, hazelnut and grapefruit. The Grillo grape used for the production of Ninfea ages for 6 months in steel tanks whereas the Chardonnay ages for 6 months in cask.
