Fiano di Avellino (Campania) The wine shows a straw yellow color, very transparent. The nose denotes aromas mainly of fruit, such as apple, green apple, hazelnut and almond followed by aromas of hawthorn, honey and thyme. In mouth is intense with pretty good correspondence to the nose, however balanced, with good crispness balanced by alcohol. The finish is persistent with hints of thyme and apple as well as honey. This wine is fermented in barrique and aged in bottle for 3-4 months.

Alcohol: 12.5%

Aperitif, Eggs, Pasta and risotto, Boiled fish

Fiano di Avellino (Campania) The wine shows a brilliant greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals intense, pleasing and clean aromas which start with fruits such as apple, pear, pineapple and grapefruit followed by good aromas of broom, hawthorn and almond. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a slightly pleasing crisp attack however balanced, intense flavors and good body. The finish is persistent with flavors of pear, apple and pineapple. This wine ferments in cask and is aged in bottle for 3-4 months.

Alcohol: 13%

Aperitifs, Eggs, Pasta and risotto with vegetables, Sauteed fish

Fiano di Avellino (Campania) This wine shows a pale straw yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of plum, apple and pear followed by aromas of pineapple, citrus fruits, hazelnut, hawthorn and broom. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, plum and hazelnut. Fiano di Avellino Radici ages in part in steel tanks and in part in barrique.

Alcohol: 12.5%

Taurasi (Campania) The wine shows a ruby red color with evident nuances of garnet red, moderate transparency. The nose reveals a series of fruit aromas such as black cherry, cherry, blueberry and plum followed by pleasing hints of black pepper, dried rose, toasted and vanilla. A clean and pleasing nose. The mouth has pleasing tannins well balanced by alcohol with slight flavors of black pepper, very pleasing. The finish is persistent with evident hints of black cherry, plum and blueberry as well as hints of black pepper. Radici Taurasi is aged for 24 months in cask followed by an aging in bottle for at least 12 months.

Alcohol: 13%

Hard cheese, Braised meat, Broiled meat and barbecue, Roasted meat

Taurasi (Campania) The wine shows a beautiful and brilliant ruby red color and nuances of garnet red, moderate transparency. The nose reveals clean, elegant and pleasing aromas which start with a pleasing aroma of black pepper followed by good and intense aromas of black cherry jam, strawberry jam, plum jam and carob as well as pleasing hints of licorice, blueberry and vanilla. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a slightly tannic attack however well balanced by alcohol, good body and intense flavors. The finish is persistent with pleasing flavors of plum, black cherry, blueberry and black pepper. A well made wine. Radici Taurasi ages for 24 months in cask followed by at least 12 months of aging in bottle.

The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a tannic attack and however well balanced by alcohol, full body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of black cherry, plum and blackberry. A well made wine. Taurasi Radici ages for 24 months in cask and barrique followed by at least 12 months of aging in bottle.

Taurasi (Campania) Taurasi Riserva Centotrenta shows a brilliant ruby red color and nuances of garnet red, moderate transparency. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant aromas which start with hints of plum, blackberry and black cherry followed by aromas of dried violet, blueberry, tobacco, vanilla, leather, cocoa, mace, licorice and menthol. The mouth has excellent correspondence to the nose, a tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, full body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is very persistent with long flavors of black cherry, blackberry and plum. A well made wine. Taurasi Riserva Centotrenta ages for about 30 months in cask and barrique followed by at least 18 months of aging in bottle.
