Collio (Friuli-Venezia Giulia) This wine shows a brilliant straw yellow color and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant aromas which start with hints of toasted wood and plum followed by aromas of hawthorn, banana, pineapple, lily, peach, hazelnut, grapefruit, lavender and vanilla. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and pleasing smoothness, however well balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of hazelnut, plum and grapefruit. A well made wine. This Chardonnay ferments and ages in barrique for 9-14 months.

Alcohol: 13.5%

Roasted fish, Stuffed pasta, Fish and mushrooms soups, Roasted white meat

Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant, starts with hints of apple, plum and lemon balm followed by aromas of pear, hawthorn, citrus fruits, butter, vanilla, praline, ripe peach and almond.

Crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness.

Persistent finish with flavors of apple, plum and almond.

12 months in cask.

This Malvasia ages in cask.

The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of plum and black cherry jam followed by aromas of blueberry, licorice, tobacco, vanilla, toasted wood, cocoa, leather and menthol. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a slightly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, full body, intense flavors, good tannins. The finish is persistent with flavors of plum, black cherry and blueberry. A well made wine. This Collio Rosso ages for 24 months in barrique.

Tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, full body, intense flavors, agreeable.

Persistent finish with flavors of black currant, black cherry and plum.

2 years in barrique, 18 months in bottle.
