Friuli Colli Orientali (Friuli-Venezia Giulia) The wine shows a beautiful and brilliant straw yellow color with nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals a great personality with elegant, clean and refined aromas as well as evident aromas of wood however not excessively disturbing other aromas perception. There can be perceived intense and clean aromas of apple, pear, peach, banana, lemon, grapefruit, yeasts and vanilla as well as hints of flint and coffee. The mouth denotes good crispness well balanced by alcohol, it is intense and full bodied, very good balance and good correspondence to the nose. The finish is persistent with pleasing and elegant hints of pear, apple, vanilla and grapefruit. A well made wine. This Chardonnay is fermented in barrique and aged on lees until few days before bottling.

Alcohol: 14%

Pasta and risotto with fish, Roasted fish, Crustaceans, White meat

Friuli Colli Orientali (Friuli-Venezia Giulia) The wine shows a brilliant greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with hints of peach, pear and apple followed by aromas of pineapple, acacia, broom and hawthorn. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, pear and pineapple. This Pinot Grigio ferments in steel tanks.

Alcohol: 13.5%

Friuli Colli Orientali (Friuli-Venezia Giulia) This wine shows a deep ruby red color and nuances of ruby red, little transparency. The nose reveals good personality with intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant aromas which start with hints of plum and black cherry followed by aromas of licorice, blueberry, blackberry, tobacco, vanilla, violet, cyclamen, chocolate and hints of cinnamon. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a slightly tannic attack and however well balanced by alcohol, full body, intense flavors, good tannins, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of plum, black cherry and blueberry. A well made wine. This Refosco ages for 30 months in barrique followed by 6 months of aging in bottle.

Alcohol: 14.5%

In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced, delicate, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple and pear.

Friuli Colli Orientali (Friuli-Venezia Giulia) The wine shows an intense straw yellow color, very transparent. The nose reveals great personality and elegance, with refined, clean and harmonious aromas, mainly of fruit, such as banana, passion fruit, litchi, pear, grapefruit, hazelnut and vanilla followed by aromas of wood in good evidence however not disturbing the good balance of other aromas. In the mouth is crisp, full bodied, excellent balance, intense and with good correspondence to the nose. The finish is persistent with pleasing and elegant hints of banana, pear and passion fruit as well as hints of wood aromas. A well made wine. Ronc di Juri is fermented in barrique and refined on lees for 12 months.

Alcohol: 14%

Friuli Colli Orientali (Friuli-Venezia Giulia) The wine shows a beautiful and brilliant ruby red color, little transparency. The nose denotes good personality with elegant and intense aromas, mainly of fruit, such as black cherry, blueberry, plum and black currant followed by aromas of licorice, green pepper and vanilla. The mouth reveals excellent correspondence to the nose, good balance with soft tannins, intense flavors and good body. The finish is persistent with hints of black cherry and black currant. A well made wine. Montslapade is aged for 24 months in barrique and 6 months in bottle.

Alcohol: 13.5%

Game, Braised meat, Stewed meat, Roasted meat, Hard cheese
