Brilliant ruby red and nuances of ruby red, moderate transparency.

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of cherry, plum and raspberry followed by aromas of cyclamen, strawberry, vanilla, blueberry, chocolate, cinnamon, black pepper and menthol.

Properly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable.

Persistent finish with flavors of cherry, plum and blueberry.

12 months in barrique, 6 months in bottle.

Broiled meat and barbecue, Stewed meat with mushrooms, Roasted meat, Stuffed pasta

Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of apple, plum and citrus fruits followed by aromas of pear, hawthorn, peach, broom, pineapple, elder flower and almond.

Crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable.

Persistent finish with flavors of apple, plum and peach.

Aged in steel tanks.

Fried fish, Pasta with fish and vegetable, Broiled fish, Sauteed white meat
