(Bekaa Valley) The wine has a soft straw yellow color with nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes a particular profile of personality, surely pleasing. There can be perceived aromas of citrus fruit, banana, bread crust, yeast, lemon, pear and warm stone. In the mouth the wine is intense with good correspondence to the nose, crisp and balanced with a proper body for its kind of style. The finish is persistent with evident flavors of banana and pear. This wine is produced with a temperature controlled fermentation followed by 30-60 days of aging.

Alcohol: 13.3%

(Bekaa Valley) The wine shows a garnet red color, moderate transparency. The nose is clean and well defined, rich of intense fruit aromas such as black cherry, strawberry jam, raspberry, blackberry, dried plum followed by violet and hints of leather, anise and menthol. The mouth has a good correspondence to the nose and denotes good flavors of fruit and a good balance between alcohol and tannins. A wine of good elegance and personality. The finish is persistent with pleasing flavors of black cherry, blackberry and strawberry jam. The wine is produced with skins maceration for 25 days followed by a 16 months aging in cask.

Alcohol: 13.5%

(Bekaa Valley) The wine shows a beautifully brilliant ruby red color with nuances of garnet red, little transparency. At the nose denotes a distinct and agreeable personality, mostly oriented to fruit aromas. The main aromas to be perceived are those of black cherry, cherry macerated in alcohol, strawberry jam, raspberry and blackberry. As the wine is in the mouth, a very good balance is noticed even though of a tannic attack, well balanced by the alcohol which is present in good quantity. The finish is persistent with flavors of strawberry jam and raspberry. This wine is produced by maceration in skins for 4 weeks followed by 12 months of refinement in cask.

Alcohol: 13.5%

(Bekaa Valley) The wine has a beautiful and intense ruby red color with nuances which already tend to garnet red, little transparency. The nose denotes an olfactory profile pretty rich and complex, of good personality and very clean. There can be perceived aromas of black cherry, black cherry jam, cherry, strawberry, raspberry, black currant followed by aromas of caper, cloves and boletus mushroom. The attack to the mouth is tannic and alcoholic, however balanced, with a good correspondence to the nose and of good body. The finish is persistent with pleasing flavors of black cherry and black currant. A wine which still shows its youth and that could improve with some year of aging, anyway the wine can be drunk even now. The wine is produced with maceration of skins for 4 weeks followed by a 12 month of aging in cask.

Alcohol: 14%

(Bekaa Valley) The wine has an enchanting and intense ruby red color with nuances of garnet red, moderate transparency. In the nose denotes, from the very beginning, a refined and elegant personality, clean and with well defined aromas and well perceivable. The bouquet has intense and agreeable aromas of fruit such as black cherry, plum jam and black-currant jam in a perfect balance with aromas of toasted wood and vanilla, followed by good aromas of leather, cocoa, menthol, underbrush, violet and coconut. The wine also expresses a very good personality in the mouth, it is intense with flavors of fruit; alcohol is perfectly balanced by tannins as well as by its full body. The finish is persistent and elegant with nice flavors of black cherry and plum jam. A great wine, very well done that could also be rich of nice surprises with some years of refining in bottle. The wine is aged for 12 months in new barriques.

(Bekaa Valley) Simply a great wine. It shows a beautiful and intense ruby red color with nuances of garnet red, little transparency. The nose is rich of aromas, great personality and very clean as well as elegant. There can be perceived good aromas of black cherry, blueberry, plum and black currant followed by clean aromas of cocoa, eucalyptus, licorice, anise, tobacco, vanilla and a hint of wood aromas. The mouth reveals a good correspondence to the nose and, despite of a tannic attack, tannins already have a good agreeability and the wine is surely balanced by alcohol. A full bodied wine. Finish is persistent with pleasing and intense flavors of black cherry and raspberry. A truly elegant wine and very well made; no matter it can be drunk in its current state, it will give its best with a further period of aging of some years. This wine is aged in barrique for 12 months.
