Intense ruby red and nuances of ruby red, little transparency. Intense, clean, pleasing and refined, starts with hints of black cherry, raspberry and blackberry followed by aromas of violet, geranium, plum, blueberry, arbutus berry, carob, tobacco and vanilla. Properly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. Persistent finish with flavors of black cherry, raspberry and blackberry. About 12 months in cask and barrique.

Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant, starts with hints of plum, blackberry and dried violet followed by aromas of black cherry, blueberry, carob, tobacco, caper, licorice, walnut husk, mace, graphite, vanilla and menthol. Properly tannic attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. Persistent finish with flavors of plum, blackberry and black cherry. 2 years in cask, at least 12 months in bottle.

Broiled meat and barbecue, Roasted meat, Stewed meat, Hard cheese
