 Pale amber yellow, limpid and crystalline. Intense, clean, pleasing and refined with aromas of plum, blackberry,
vanilla, chocolate, date, honey and hazelnut, with almost imperceptible
alcohol pungency.
 Intense flavors and perceptible alcohol pungency which tends to
dissolve rapidly, good correspondence to the nose, pleasing roundness,
balanced sweetness.
 Persistent finish with flavors of plum, blackberry, chocolate and
hazelnut.
 Distilled in steam batch distiller, 18 months in wood. |
