Colorless, limpid and crystalline.
Intense, clean, pleasing and refined with aromas of black cherry, hazelnut, blackberry, plum, violet and raspberry, with almost imperceptible alcohol pungency.
Intense flavors with perceptible alcohol pungency which tends to dissolve rapidly, pleasing roundness, balanced sweetness.
Persistent finish with flavors of black cherry, blackberry and hazelnut.
Distilled in bain-marie batch distiller.
