Colorless, limpid and crystalline.
Intense, clean, pleasing and refined with aromas of violet, rose, hazelnut, blackberry, plum, raspberry and myrtle with almost imperceptible alcohol pungency.
Intense flavors with perceptible alcohol pungency which tends to dissolve rapidly, pleasing roundness.
Persistent finish with flavors of rose, blackberry and plum.
Distilled in a steam alembic still.
