Limpid, transparent, crystalline, nuance of greenish yellow.
Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant with aromas of juniper, black pepper, vanilla, alpinia galanga, cumaru, clover, cardamon and pink pepper with almost imperceptible alcohol pungency.
Intense flavors with perceptible alcohol pungency which tends to dissolve rapidly, dry, pleasing roundness.
Very persistent finish with long flavors of juniper, cumaru and cardamom.
Double distillation in a steam operated alembic still.
