Grappa di Nebbiolo

Pale straw yellow, limpid and crystalline.

Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant with aromas of prune, raspberry, black cherry macerated in alcohol, vanilla, tobacco, hazelnut, chocolate and honey with almost imperceptible alcohol pungency.

Intense flavors with perceptible alcohol pungency which tends to dissolve rapidly, pleasing roundness, balanced sweetness.

Persistent finish with flavors of prune, black cherry macerated in alcohol, hazelnut and honey.

Produced with a steam operated discontinuous alembic still. Aged for more than one year in cask.
