Brilliant golden yellow, limpid and crystalline.

Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant with aromas of black cherry, prune, black tea leaf, tobacco, hay, honey, hazelnut, cherry macerated in alcohol with almost imperceptible alcohol pungency.

Intense flavors with perceptible alcohol pungency which tends to dissolve rapidly, pleasing roundness, balanced sweetness.

Very persistent finish with long flavors of raisin, cherry macerated in alcohol and honey.

Distilled in a batch steam operated alembic still. Three years of aging in barrique.
