Intense flavors with perceptible alcohol pungency which tends to dissolve rapidly, pleasing roundness, balanced sweetness.

Persistent finish with flavors of prune, apple and almond.

Double distillation in bain-marie alembic still. 3 years of aging in oak barrels used for the apple distillate Gravensteiner Caldiff.
