Intense amber yellow, transparent and crystalline.

Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant with aromas of blackberry, black cherry, plum, raspberry, dried violet, tobacco, cocoa, honey, hazelnut and vanilla with almost imperceptible alcohol pungency.

Intense flavors with perceptible alcohol pungency which tends to dissolve rapidly, balanced sweetness, pleasing roundness.

Very persistent finish with long flavors of blackberry, plum, black cherry, cocoa and honey.

Batch distillation in bain-marie alembic. 36 months in cask.
