Brilliant amber yellow, limpid and crystalline.

Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant with aromas of plum, vanilla, clove, cinnamon, nutmeg, honey, ginger, hazelnut and licorice with almost imperceptible alcohol pungency.

Intense flavors with perceptible alcohol pungency which tends to dissolve rapidly, pleasing roundness, balanced sweetness.

Very persistent finish with long flavors of plum, nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon and honey.

Batch distillation in bain-marie alembic. 1 year and 6 months in cask, more than 3 years in barrique.
