Brilliant amber yellow, limpid.

Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant with aromas of prune, blackberry, black cherry, dried violet, hazelnut, licorice, chocolate, tobacco, vanilla, honey, dried fig, helichrysum, coriander and praline with almost imperceptible alcohol pungency.

Intense flavors with perceptible alcohol pungency which tends to dissolve rapidly, good roundness, balanced sweetness.

Very persistent finish with long flavors of plum, blackberry, honey and praline.

Bain-marie batch distillation. Aged in barrique for 30 months.
