Brilliant straw yellow, limpid.

Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant with aromas of plum, violet, cherry, raspberry, praline, tobacco, vanilla and chocolate with almost imperceptible alcohol pungency.

Intense flavors with perceptible alcohol pungency which tends to dissolve rapidly, good roundness, balanced sweetness.

Persistent finish with flavors of plum, cherry and praline.

Batch distillation with steam operated alembic still. Aged in cask for 9 years.
