This Franciacorta shows a brilliant straw yellow color and nuances of
greenish yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage. The nose
denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints
of banana and acacia followed by aromas of bread crust, broom, tangerine,
apple, pear and grapefruit. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose,
a crisp and effervescent attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body,
intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of
banana, tangerine and apple. This Franciacorta ages in bottle on its lees
for at least 24 months.
