Score: ✧✧✧✭ |
This Franciacorta Brut shows an intense straw yellow color and nuances of
straw yellow, very transparent, good effervescence, fine and persistent
perlage. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas which start
with hints of apple, plum and yeast followed by aromas of pineapple,
acacia, bread crust and pear. The mouth has good correspondence to the
nose, an effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good
body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, plum
and pineapple. Part of the base wine ages in barrique. This Franciacorta
Brut referments in bottle for 30 months. |
