This Franciacorta Extra Brut shows a brilliant greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent, fine and persistent perlage. The nose reveals intense, clean and pleasing aromas that start with hints of apple, pear and plum followed by aromas of banana, hawthorn, bread crust and yeast. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and crisp attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, pear and banana. This Franciacorta Extra Brut referments on its lees for 25 months.
