(Trentino) Fossa Bandita shows an intense straw yellow color and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean and pleasing aromas which start with hints of apple, banana and plum followed by aromas of hawthorn, hazelnut and citrus fruits. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, banana and plum. Fossa Bandita ages in steel tanks.

Alcohol: 12.5%
