Trentino Pinot Grigio shows a brilliant greenish yellow color and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of apple, peach and citrus fruits followed by aromas of pineapple, pear, hawthorn and plum. The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of apple, peach and pineapple. Trentino Pinot Grigio ages for 3 months in steel tanks followed by 3 months in bottle.
