L'Autentica shows a pale amber yellow color and nuances of amber yellow,
transparent. The nose reveals intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant
aromas which start with hints of raisin, dried apricot and honey followed
by aromas of candied fruits, lychee, peach jam, quince jam, dried fig,
anise, orange marmalade, almond, vanilla and lavender. The mouth has
excellent correspondence to the nose, a sweet attack and however balanced
by alcohol, full body, intense flavors, pleasing roundness and crispness.
The finish is very persistent with long flavors of raisin, dried apricot
and honey. L'Autentica ages for at least 12 months in barrique followed by
at least 12 months of aging in bottle. |
