Score: ✧✧✧✭ |
Luna a Vallocaia shows a brilliant greenish yellow color and nuances of
greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose denotes intense, clean,
pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of apple, peach and
hawthorn followed by aromas of pear, pineapple, citrus fruits and broom.
The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however
balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is
persistent with flavors of apple, pear and peach. Luna a Vallocaia ages for
3 months in steel tanks. |
