Intense greenish yellow and nuances of straw yellow, very transparent.

Intense, clean and pleasing, starts with hints of peach, hawthorn and apple followed by aromas of plum, citrus fruits, broom and almond.

Good correspondence to the nose, crisp attack and however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors.

Persistent finish with flavors of peach, apple and plum.

Aged in steel tanks.

Alcohol: 12%

Crustacean and vegetable appetizers, Risotto with crustaceans, Legumes soups, Sauteed fish
