The wine shows an intense greenish yellow color and nuances of greenish yellow, very transparent. The nose reveals good personality with intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas which start with hints of grapefruit and mineral followed by aromas of banana, toasted wood, hawthorn, broom, apple, pear and plum. In the mouth has good correspondence to the nose, a crisp attack and however well balanced, good body, intense flavors, agreeable. The finish is persistent with flavors of banana, apple and plum. A well made wine. This Chardonnay ferments in cask and ages for 10 months.
