Limpid, colorless and crystalline.
Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant with aromas of prickly pear and hazelnut, with almost imperceptible alcohol pungency.
Intense flavors with a slight alcohol pungency which tends to dissolve rapidly, pleasing roundness, balanced sweetness.
Persistent finish with flavors of prickly pear.
Distilled in bain-marie batch distiller.
