Intense golden yellow, limpid and crystalline.
Intense, clean, pleasing, refined and elegant with aromas of plum, dried violet, dried rose, cherry, raspberry, vanilla, tobacco, cocoa, hazelnut, honey and licorice with almost imperceptible alcohol pungency.
Intense flavors with perceptible alcohol pungency which tends to dissolve rapidly, good roundness, balanced sweetness.
Persistent finish with flavors of plum, cherry and honey.
Batch distillation with steam operated alembic still. Aged in cask for 16 years.
