Limpid, colorless and crystalline.
Intense, clean, pleasing and refined with aromas of plum, black cherry, hazelnut, violet and licorice with perceptible alcohol pungency.
Intense flavors with perceptible alcohol pungency which tends to dissolve rapidly, good roundness, balanced sweetness.
Persistent finish with flavors of plum, black cherry and hazelnut.
Distillation in steam operated batch alembic still.
