Base Sensorial Wine Tasting Class

The appreciation of a good wine it is not a matter of tastes only. Of course, taste is fundamental for the appreciation of a wine, however the pleasure of a good wine can be enhanced when one has the right knowledge in order to recognize and understand quality. In this course, conducted by Antonello Biancalana, will be learned the fundamental facts about sensorial tasting of white and red wines. It will also be discussed basic wine making notions, in order to better understand the world of wine and of its production. The course is made of three lessons, each lasting about two hours and a half and divided in two different study moments. The first part will focus on theoretical study of sensorial wine tasting, whereas the second part will be dedicated to practical tasting sessions.
